Coach Keith Billingsley

Keith Billingsley has over 20 years of experience working with youth in various sports-related settings including: soccer fields, group homes and youth camps.  Keith has enjoyed coaching  sprints for High School athletes including those attending Rangeview, Cherry Creek and Eaglecrest High Schools.  He is also an integral part of the Rocky Mountain Speed Camp, summer program, as a supervising coach in endurance and speed. Keith also spent seven years as a Youth Soccer Coach for both Aurora Soccer Club and Rocky Mountain Soccer Academy from 1999 to 2006.

As a star athlete at Manual High School in Denver, he earned a District Championship in Track 1985, 86 and 87, and went on to attend Hastings College in Nebraska with a full ride Scholarship in Track & Field. Keith was a very accomplished athlete while at Hastings College and currently still holds three records there (Doane College Field House record in the 300y – 31.18 and the Conference records for 300y – 31.08 and 600y – 1:12.2). He was also a four-time Conference champ (indoor) for the 300y and 600y in 1988-1991 and four-time Conference Champ and national qualifier (outdoor) for the 400m, 4×4 and 4×2 events in 1988-1991.

Keith is certified in CRP, is a registered CHSSA Coach and currently working to further his education in Coaching through USATF.  He has the goal of becoming a nationally-recognized Master Coach. In addition to Keith’s accomplishments, he has more recently coached several athletes to division one scholarships.Coach-Keith-giving-Instructions

Keith has a strong belief of family values and is a devoted husband and father to his three children. Keith possesses a definite passion for working with young athletes and has a strong understanding of what it takes to become an outstanding athlete.
